1. Introduction
Welcome to OneClub. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. OneClub provides a platform for fitness professionals and venues to manage their business, including scheduling, client management, and payments.
2. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. SaaS Services
OneClub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service for your internal business purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We utilize artificial intelligence to assist in content generation; users verify all AI-generated output.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service. By posting content, you grant OneClub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5. Payments and Fees
OneClub integrates with Stripe for payment processing. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. OneClub may charge platform fees or subscription fees as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the software, scrape data, or harass other users.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
